Alison has a rich history of working as a strategy and change consultant, executive coach and facilitator with a very broad mix of clients, from huge global corporations and public sector bodies, to SMEs and small non-profits. She enjoys working with teams and individuals at every level in the organisation, from senior executives through to emerging leaders. She has a great respect for difference and a passion for drawing out the unique perspectives of everyone to create diverse insights and innovative solutions to business issues. She has a creative and non-judgemental approach, tapping into her clients’ curiosity and interest to achieve pragmatic and well-supported solutions.
Alison is a life-long learner and continuously explores new approaches to successfully achieving change. She holds an MBA from Henley, is an ICF PCC accredited coach and a certified Time To Think facilitator.
