She has a proven track record in business development, relationship management and leadership development. Gurshinder brings successful coaching techniques for high pressured and regulated environments, specialising in 1:1 leadership development and high-performance coaching for business leaders, emerging leaders and high potential employees with a specific focus within the financial services sector.
Gurshinder is a key advocate of cross-cultural leadership especially now as the world evolves and adapts to uncertainty by relying more on digitisation to connect with colleagues / counterparts / clients on a global level.
Gurshinder has four iPEC certifications to her name: Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and COR.E Dynamics Leadership and Performance Specialist. Alongside her coaching practice, Gurshinder is also on the Executive Committee for the Organisation of Women in International Trade (OWIT) – UK. The goal is to create a platform to foster international trade and the advancement of women in business.
