Dr. Tracey Cantarutti is an experienced executive coach and leadership development consultant with over 30 years of global business and coaching experience. She has worked in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, packaging, non-profits, and education. Tracey helps leaders gain new perspectives, question assumptions, and leverage their unique strengths. She has worked with C-suite executives, CEO candidates, director-level professionals, and high achievers from all over the world.
Prior to her coaching career, Tracey was an executive at a Fortune 100 global manufacturing corporation and a consultant. Her practical coaching approach is informed by her previous experiences as an executive and the latest leadership and coaching research. Tracey built and led numerous cross-cultural teams in strategy, business development and marketing functions. Her experience enables her to help clients develop the leadership hallmarks of long-term vision, strategic thinking and the ability to inspire others.
Tracey has worked for 15 years with The Leader’s Edge/Leaders by Design, a coaching firm that specializes in the development needs of female executives. Through them, she has training and expertise in the unique issues women face in the business/STEM environments. Through The Leader’s Edge, Tracey is a coach and facilitator for the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women (ELIW) which has run in KPMG offices all over the U.S. for the past 10 years.
