Antonija Pacek is Creativity and Innovation Practice Leader at Global Success Advisors and MEA Business Group. She studied Psychology at the University of Cambridge, UK, and in Vienna, Austria. Antonija’s area of expertise includes innovation and disruption, and prior to co-creating the IMAGINO® for Global Success Advisors and MEA Business Group, she was a consultant with Hewitt Associates and the Center for Creative Leadership, working on soft skills training with major international corporations. IMAGINO® is a new, unique and proprietary diagnostics tool, which identifies the creativity and innovation strengths and gaps for individuals and within organisations.
Antonija teaches psychology courses at three international universities in Vienna. She is also an adjunct faculty for Duke Corporate Education, the number one-ranked provider of executive corporate education worldwide.
