Stephen is an internationally-experienced executive coach who has delivered coaching and leadership programmes for market-leading businesses, managers and leaders worldwide. His challenging, pragmatic and personal approach focuses on providing clarity and enabling executives and their teams to exceed their business goals and succeed.
Stephen has worked for Pfizer and Reckitt Benckiser for over 20 years and managed business units in FMCG and pharma companies. He also launched an industry-recognised and award-winning business strategy while doing his MBA, and subsequently managed L&D functions in the UK as well as leading the commercial training function for Europe. Stephen has led the transformation of commercial operations, establishing a global client-facing model as well as leading change programmes.
Stephen has several years professional service experience working with leading coaching and consultancy organisations across multiple layers of client organisations. He has specific sector experience in pharma, bio-pharma, technology, engineering, banking and FMCG, and his client work includes Microsoft, Gazprom, HSBC, AZ, Uber, Mondelez, Novartis, L&G, RSA, Pfizer, Saudi Aramco, Salesforce and Tetra Pak.
The same motivation which inspired Stephen to set up his own business is evident in other areas of his life. He has a passion for cycling and long distance triathlons which has led him to compete in five Ironman events and also cycling across the Alps and the Pyrenees for charity.
