Delphine Parmenter is a corporate educator and Professional Certified Coach specialising in partnering with senior leaders and management teams to explore their communications, leadership and strategic challenges. With extensive international business experience in Asia, Europe and North America, Delphine’s coaching practice focuses on professionals achieving their leadership goals while deepening knowledge of themselves and discovering more profound ways of working with their teams.

Delphine started her career in consumer goods marketing and advertising. That led her to teaching strategy and customer-centricity to corporate clients before broadening her focus to leadership development. Formerly the Executive Director of the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre and Program Director at London Business School, she has 25 years’ experience working with leading pharmaceutical, consumer goods, industrial clients and professional service firms, to enhance learning and ignite organisational change.

French by birth, Delphine grew up in the United States and works in French and English. She currently lives in Paris, having worked in New York, London and Singapore.
