One 90-minute masterclass. Includes additional offline preparation and activities pre- and post-session.
Learning objectives and content:
Whether you are an established leader taking on a new role or someone becoming a leader for the first time, the first 100 days are vitally important.
By the end of the programme participants will have considered:
- How to establish credibility
- The principle ‘first seek to understand and then be understood’
- How to orientate in the new role
- Focussing on the early wins
- How best to communicate vision
Workshop – understand how to get off to the best start in terms of the impact on the team and the organisation. This workshop will be a springboard for success building on the experience of many executives.

Alison Straw
Alison’s career has been devoted to helping individuals, groups and organisations develop. She is passionate about engaging and inspiring people and has worked with many senior executives supporting them in delivering value through values.
Alison has previously balanced her work at London Business School with supporting businesses to perform better through engaging their people and a senior level role leading a voluntary organisation working with vulnerable people. She now is focused on her coaching and educator roles.
