Barbara Banda is the founder of Barbara Banda Consulting and a Visiting Professor at a number of leading European Business Schools. Previously she was a Professor of Practice in Strategy and Leadership at Ashridge Business School. Barbara has over 20 years’ experience of working with organisations to help develop their leaders.
She holds five degrees, including a PhD from the University of Oxford that explored the importance of connecting management education to the workplace, which informs her approach with clients.
Barbara is Level A & B certified and qualified on psychometric instruments including Insights, MBTI, SDI, FIROB, INSIGHTS. She is a qualified CTT consultant.
In her earlier career, she held senior international Sales and Marketing positions with Fisons Pharmaceuticals, Boots Pharmaceuticals, Boots the Chemist and BASF Pharma.
