Donovan began his professional career at Deloitte where he worked in the USA, the UK and South Africa, in the areas of chartered accountancy, leadership development, executive coaching and corporate culture. He is an entrepreneur who has been involved with training and leadership development for the past 17 years, supporting organisations in executive coaching, leadership transformation, organisational strategy and employee engagement.

Donovan founded Story Sessions, a community initiative aimed at inspiring individuals to be intentional about living great stories.

Donovan is currently an international executive coach, facilitator and speaker, and is passionate about empowering leaders and teams.
